'Move the body, still the mind' is the essence to Kim's philosophy as to why we undertake physical activity of any type. She lives life as she teaches her fitness and yoga classes; with a mindful awareness that a healthy body and a happy soul go hand in hand. Kim Mortimer is known for her passionate and inspirational style of teaching. From her stretch yin yoga classes to the sweaty beach body boot camps and all the Exhale Core Fusion classes, Kim provides that extra gift for you to truly rejuvenate while on vacation on Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Kim Mortimer believes she can only grow as a fitness and yoga teacher if she always continues to be a student. Attending immersion meditation courses, pranayama workshops and yoga retreats as often as she can Kim continues to learn as she travels the world gaining insights from teachers such as Swami Brahmananda, Kathryn Budig and Rolf Gates. She has over 1500 hours of practical teaching experience and is happy to share her love of fitness and yoga with you. Kim can also be found partaking in adventure races, snowboarding, paddle-boarding, kite boarding, scuba diving, trekking, and mountain biking.
